1. What it is and who it serves
Clean, safe drinking water at the community gate. HONCO's 500L/h outdoor integrated smart direct-drinking water station combines pretreatment, reverse osmosis (RO) deep purification, storage, constant-pressure supply and a self-service vending terminal in one movable, insulated pump house. Connect municipal tap water and power, and the system runs automatically from raw water in to healthy water out.
The station is rated at 500 L/h (0.5 m3/h). With 8 to 16 operating hours per day, it supplies 4 to 8 tons of water daily, meeting the daily drinking needs of 500 to 2,000 households, as well as schools, kindergartens and enterprises. The terminal offers two healthy choices from one machine: weak alkaline water (pH 7.5-8.5) and hydrogen-rich water.
2. How it works: RO at the core
The system is built on RO membrane separation. Driven by 1.0-1.6 MPa pressure, water molecules pass through a semipermeable membrane with pores about 0.0001 micron (0.1 nm), while dissolved salts, heavy metals, organics, bacteria and viruses are rejected and discharged with the concentrate. Product water purity is far above ordinary tap water.
Process flow:
- Raw water tank (304 food-grade stainless steel) buffers the municipal supply;
- Quartz sand filter removes sand, rust and suspended solids;
- Activated carbon filter adsorbs residual chlorine, odor and organics;
- Softening or antiscalant unit protects the RO membrane from scaling;
- 5 micron security filter protects the high-pressure pump and RO membrane;
- High-pressure pump plus RO membrane module for deep desalination, bacteria and virus removal;
- Purified water tank (304 stainless steel, fully sealed);
- Constant-pressure pump delivers water to the community smart water station;
- Dual-outlet terminal dispenses weak alkaline water and hydrogen-rich water.
