Among them, cities that have achieved governance goals include Hefei, Sanya, Guilin, Changsha, Haikou, Nanjing, Anqing, Chenzhou, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Jinhua, Taizhou, Putian, Xiamen, Ji'an, Suining, Liupanshui, Tianjin, Fuzhou, Chengdu, Beijing, Baoding, Yuxi, and Zhaotong. Ningbo has no black or odorous water bodies.


In addition, there are 21 cities that have not achieved their governance goals, including Shiyan, Wuhan, Shanghai, Nanning, Yueyang, Wuhu, Anqing, Wuxi, Suizhou, Shenzhen, Yangzhou, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Taiyuan, Shijiazhuang, Ganzhou, Lvliang, Nanchang, Kunming, Zigong, Anshun, and Guiyang.
