Direct drinking water unit equipment introduction
Direct drinking water units, also known as "dual-line water supply" or "piped direct drinking water," use two independent water supply networks to supply water to users: one supplying ordinary tap water for flushing; the other supplying purified water for drinking. This differentiated water supply uses ordinary tap water or well water as its source, which is processed by the direct drinking water unit and supplied from a water purification station located within the community. This allows for the use of high-quality pipes to deliver water to each household with minimal distance, avoiding intermediate contamination. Currently, direct drinking water units primarily use reverse osmosis/ultrafiltration as their core, supplemented by raw water tanks, raw water pumps, multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, softeners, security filters, purified water tanks, purified water pumps, sterilization devices, pollution-free pipes, circulation devices, water quality monitoring, drinking water terminals, automatic controls, and many other configurations, forming a complete piped direct drinking water supply system.
Single-stage reverse osmosis systems are used in the electronics, industrial, pharmaceutical, and food industries for the preparation of pure and ultrapure water; the purification and preparation of water for textiles and chemicals; the purification and preparation of water for food and beverage production and brewing processes; the concentration and recovery of useful substances from aqueous solutions in industrial production; pre-desalination treatment of high-pressure boiler feedwater in power plants and other enterprises; desalination of brackish water and seawater; and as a primary desalination device in high-purity water production.
Double-stage reverse osmosis systems are used in the electronics, medical, food, and boiler feedwater industries for the preparation of pure and ultrapure water; the preparation of space water and distilled water; the purification of water for beer and beverages; pre-desalination treatment of high-pressure boiler feedwater; desalination of seawater and brackish water; processes for separation, concentration, and decolorization of liquids in the pharmaceutical, textile, chemical, and food industries; the recovery and application of useful substances from aqueous solutions in industrial production; and other separation processes aimed at separating bacteria, pyrogens, colloidal particles, and organic matter.
