Equipment Introduction
The integrated dosing device offers a compact, efficient solution for precise chemical management. It consists of four main components: a metering tank, a metering pump, a power control system, and connecting pipelines.
The metering tank, made of corrosion-resistant materials like polyethylene, stainless steel, or FRP, ensures durability and chemical integrity. Fitted with level sensors and optional mixing mechanisms, it monitors chemical volume and guarantees consistent concentration.
The metering pump, available in diaphragm, peristaltic, or piston types, provides accurate chemical delivery. Advanced models with VFDs and intelligent controls achieve ±1% dosing accuracy, adapting to real-time process data.
The power control system, featuring PLCs and HMIs, automates operation. PLCs adjust pump settings based on sensor inputs, while HMIs enable easy parameter setting and system monitoring.
Connecting pipelines, constructed from PVC, CPVC, or stainless steel with quick-connect fittings, ensure secure chemical transfer.
Its modular design, with components mounted on a single base, cuts installation time by 50% and simplifies maintenance. Ideal for space-constrained applications, it's widely used in water treatment, industrial processes, and wastewater management.
Working Principle
To set up the integrated dosing device, follow these steps:
Prepare Chemicals:
Measure and mix the chemical agent according to the specified ratio, then pour it into the measuring box with volume markings.
Connect Pipelines:
Use quick-connect fittings to attach the metering pump outlet to the dosing pipeline, ensuring a leak-proof seal. Connect the measuring box's inlet and outlet to the corresponding inlet pipes, verifying correct flow direction.
Electrical & Signal Setup:
Connect the control cabinet's power cable to a compatible power source, matching voltage and current ratings. Link detection instrument signals (e.g., pH sensors, flow meters) to the control cabinet for real-time monitoring.
Before startup, inspect all connections for tightness and proper alignment. This ensures a safe and efficient operation for automated chemical dosing.
