Working Principle


The rotary mechanical grille equipment drives the rake tooth chain through a motor, making it perform a rotary motion in the sewage channel. As the rake tooth chain rotates, solid substances in the sewage are intercepted by the rake teeth, conveyed to the top along with the upward movement of the rake tooth chain, and finally discharged through the unloading device. In this process, the self-cleaning design of the rake tooth chain ensures that it automatically clears debris during operation, guaranteeing the continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
