I. Core Product Series and Key Parameters
Addressing the diverse pumping needs at different stages of wastewater treatment, we have developed four core product series, covering a wide range of applications from small-scale emergency treatment to large-scale municipal projects. Key parameters have been rigorously optimized to ensure stable and efficient operation.
1. Submersible Sewage Pump Series (Core Models for Municipal/Industrial Use)
Designed for high-impurity, high-humidity environments, this series of pumps can be directly submerged in sewage tanks, eliminating the need for additional pump houses and significantly saving installation space and costs. Key parameters: Flow rate range 5-500 m³/h, head 5-100 m, power 0.75-75 kW; material options include 304 stainless steel and epoxy-coated cast iron; protection class IP68, maximum submersion depth 20 m. Application scenarios: Municipal wastewater treatment plants, food processing wastewater tanks, hospital wastewater treatment, residential community sewage lifting, etc.
2. Sludge Pump Series (Specialized Models for Sludge Treatment)
Addressing the challenges of high viscosity and entanglement during sludge transportation, this series of pumps employs a special impeller structure design to ensure smooth and unobstructed sludge transport. Key parameters: Flow rate range 3-300 m³/h, head 10-80 m, outlet pressure up to 1.2 MPa, power 1.5-55 kW; the impeller uses wear-resistant alloy material, with wear resistance 3-5 times higher than ordinary industrial products. Application scenarios: Sludge dewatering systems, activated sludge process transportation, mine sludge treatment, chemical sludge transportation, etc.
3. Metering Pump Series (Specialized Models for Chemical Reagent Dosing)
With precise metering as its core advantage, this series supports flow rate adjustment under various working conditions, adapting to the treatment needs of different concentrations of wastewater. Key parameters: Flow rate range 0.1-100 L/h, pressure 0.1-16 MPa, flow accuracy ±1%, power 0.1-5.5 kW; supports manual/automatic dual adjustment modes, and some models are equipped with explosion-proof motors. Application scenarios: Chemical wastewater acid-base adjustment, precise flocculant dosing, pharmaceutical wastewater treatment, electroplating wastewater heavy metal removal, etc. 4. Self-Priming Pump Series (Small and Flexible Models)
This series of pumps focuses on ease of installation and deployment flexibility, requiring no pre-priming, and is suitable for small-scale treatment scenarios where self-priming is not feasible. Key parameters: flow rate range 1-100 m³/h, head 3-50 m, self-priming height up to 5 m, power 0.37-15 kW; compact structure, supports wall-mounted/horizontal installation. Application scenarios: small factory wastewater treatment, hotel sewage lifting, construction site emergency drainage, rural decentralized sewage treatment, etc.
II. Core Technological Advantages Enabling Efficient Wastewater Treatment
Based on years of experience in wastewater treatment equipment research and development, this series of pumps has achieved technological breakthroughs in core aspects such as materials, structure, power, and control, balancing stability and economy, and comprehensively addressing customer pain points. 1. Excellent corrosion and wear resistance, suitable for complex working conditions
To address the common problems of acid and alkali corrosion and impurity wear in wastewater treatment, we use customized material solutions: the pump body can be made of 304/316 stainless steel, fluoroplastic, or epoxy resin coated cast iron, capable of withstanding acid and alkali wastewater of various pH values.
